Q1. What are your main products?

We specialize in aftermarket replacement parts for excavators and construction machinery, covering two major product lines:

1）. Hydraulic Components

- Axial Piston Pumps — Variable displacement tandem & single pumps, covering Kawasaki K3V/K5V series (K3V63DT, K3V112DT, K3V140DT, K3V180DT, K5V80, K5V140), Hitachi HPV series (HPV102, HPV118, HPV145)。

- Gear Pumps — CBGJ series double gear pumps for wheel loaders, and pilot/charge gear pumps for various excavator models.

- Hydraulic Motors — Swing motors and travel motors for major excavator brands, including Kawasaki M2X/M5X series swing motors and MCB series travel motors.

2）. Undercarriage Parts (Four-Wheel & Track System)

- Track Rollers — Single/double flange, bronze bushing or bearing type, for 6-45 ton excavators and dozers

- Carrier Rollers — Single flange and double flange types, sealed and lubricated

- Front Idlers — Fixed shaft and floating shaft types, with/without bolt holes

- Sprockets — Segment type and integral type, heat-treated for extended wear life

- Track Chains/Links — Standard and heavy-duty, sealed and lubricated chain assemblies with track shoes

Q2. Are your parts genuine, or are they replacements?

We offer both Original (Genuine) parts and our own High-Quality OEM Replacements. Our self-manufactured hydraulic pumps and undercarriage parts are designed to be 100% interchangeable with major brands like Komatsu, Caterpillar, Hitachi, and Sany, offering original performance at a more competitive factory price.

Q3. As a manufacturer, how do you control the quality of different product lines?

We implement specialized QC for each category:

Hydraulic Parts: Each pump and motor undergoes a 100% pressure and flow test on a professional test bench to ensure zero leakage.

Undercarriage Parts: We use induction hardening for rollers and links, with random ultrasonic testing to check for internal defects and hardness depth.

Q4. Can you customize products or packaging with my logo?

Yes! As a factory-trade integrated company, we support OEM branding. We can laser-etch your logo on the metal housings of pumps/motors and provide customized neutral or branded wooden crates/cartons for your bulk orders.

Q5. How do you handle shipping for heavy undercarriage parts and sensitive hydraulics?

Protection: Hydraulic parts are treated with anti-rust oil and vacuum-sealed. Undercarriage parts are secured on reinforced, fumigated wooden pallets.

Q6. Do you have these items in stock? How fast is the delivery?

We maintain a large inventory of common models (e.g., PC200, CAT320, SK200).

In-stock items: Shipped within 48-72 hours.

Out-of-stock/Custom orders: Typically 15-30 days depending on the quantity and production schedule.

Q7. Do you test the pumps before shipment?

A: Absolutely. 100% Testing. Every pump is tested on our professional hydraulic test bench for pressure, flow, and leakage to ensure it meets factory standards before packing.
